I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, and I appreciated overlooking the parking lot for added security. However, the bed was not very comfortable, which affected my sleep quality. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster, with some staff being absolutely amazing while others were rude. The location had its ups and downs, being decent but with structural issues during bad weather. The dining was better than expected but still had room for improvement in certain aspects.
